Summer Wheel Giveaway Rules and Restrictions: Prize: The winner of the ApexRaceParts Summer Wheel Giveaway has the choice between two prizes. Option #1: They ca receive one free set of four (4) APEX ARC-8 or APEX AERO-7 wheels in their choice of size and finish (limited to available stock). The four wheels can be any mix of sizes. The winner's set must ship to a US or Canadian address. No other international shipments. Shipping is free to the 48 mainland US states. Shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, our Puerto Rico is available at the winners expense less a $75 credit towards the actual cost of shipping. No shipping to any international addresses outside of the USA or Canada. ApexRaceParts.com is not responsible for taxes, duty or any other government or processing fees involved in receiving a package.
Option #2: They receive a refund on one set of APEX ARC-8 or APEX AERO-7 wheels that have already been purchased between May 14th 2011 and July 14th 2011. Wheels purchased before or after these dates are not eligible for refund. Only Ground shipping costs are refunded for previous domestic buyers. Canadian buyers, or buyers who paid for express shipping rates will be refunded up to $75 on shipping costs. Refunds are assessed at the price paid at the time of purchase including discounts and Group Buy pricing, and not at the current selling price. ApexRaceParts.com will no refund duty, taxes, or any other government fees paid to receive the original purchase. Prize wheels will be shipped within 5 business days of selection (based on availability). Refund prizes will be sent in the form of a check in USD within 14 business days.
Eligibility: No purchase is necessary. To enter, simply become a fan of ApexRaceParts on Facebook by July 14th. A winner will be selected on July 14th and contacted via a FaceBook private message. The winner must reply to our message within 48 hours of receipt to confirm their eligibility to win the prize. If no response is received within 48 hours a new winner will be selected. The winners response must include answers to questions from our original message such as verification of location/shipping destination of prize wheels, or previous order number.
Restrictions: Only Facebook members located in the USA or Canada are eligible to win the Summer Wheel Giveaway. The winner must have been an ApexRaceParts facebook fan prior to 11:59pm pacific time on July 14th to participate. Wheels will not be shipped internationally besides Canada. Shipping will not be made to a freight forwarder. No duplicate or fake/spam member accounts allowed. |
