APEX360° Wheel Replacement Program Terms and Conditions
Customers who purchase a set of four or more new APEX wheels directly from APEX or through an authorized dealer can purchase an equal number of replacement wheels at a 50% discount off MSRP, subject to the following terms and conditions.
APEX (“APEX,” “us,” or “we”) provides this 50% discount program (the “program”) to its customers to replace each of their eligible wheels once with an identical specification wheel. “Specification” is defined as the same design, diameter, width, offset, center bore, and finish, but not necessarily the same part number. Because of minor updates and revisions to wheels over time, there may be slight variations in the replacement units we provide. Customers cannot request a replacement wheel that is different from the original specification they ordered. This program is not intended to facilitate the switching from one fitment or design to another. Because each wheel can be replaced only once, staggered sets with two different specification wheels, such as sets with a different rear width and offset, can only have two front wheel and two rear wheel claims submitted per set. When a set contains four identical wheels, that specification can be replaced up to four times total.
APEX reserves the right to end this program or modify the terms and conditions at any time. The terms defined here are the only official offer for this program. Any other written or verbal statements made prior to or separate from these terms are void to the extent in conflict with these terms. This is not a warranty, express or implied. This is not an insurance policy. This is a customer loyalty and courtesy discount. Fees are only charged to prior customers to adjust for pricing changes made to accommodate the costs of managing this program that were not previously incorporated into the purchase price.Eligibility
Our discounted replacement program applies exclusively to new APEX wheels sold directly by APEX, or through an authorized APEX dealer to the original retail purchaser (“purchaser” or “customer”). Wholesale dealers cannot submit claims on behalf of their customers. Replacement requests must be submitted within two years of the original invoice date and the wheels have been registered with and approved by APEX as described below. All necessary steps and deadlines described in these terms must be followed to remain eligible for the program and to process an exchange.
The original purchaser’s order must be for at least four or more wheels in a matching square or staggered set to qualify. A matching set is defined as four or more wheels of the same design, diameter and finish, but front and rear offsets may vary.
This program is nontransferable and immediately expires when the purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the title of a wheel. The ship to name and shipping address for the replacement wheel must match the bill to name and billing address on the new order. No drop shipments of replacement wheels will be made.
The original damaged wheel must be returned to APEX to receive a credit for the discount. This is a one-for-one matching program. Customers may not themselves discard or make wheels unusable as an alternative to returning them.
To receive a refund to a credit card or PayPal account, the original damaged wheel must be received by APEX within 45 days of APEX issuing a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) to an eligible purchaser. Damaged wheels received after 45 days of an RMA issuance will only be processed as an APEX store credit. If the original wheel is not returned to APEX within 75 days of RMA issuance, then the RMA will be void and no credit or refund will be applied. Wheels returned on expired RMA numbers will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Wheels that have been modified from their original specifications, such as altering the offset, center bore, barrel width, finish (by paint or powder coat), or changes/removal of the specifications engraved on the back of the wheel to make them unrecognizable, are not eligible for coverage.
Customers may not trade wheels or buy other wheels with the intention of exchanging them for a discount. Only the original wheels purchased are eligible. Fraudulent claims will render claims void for this program.Registration
Subject to the purchase dates noted below, purchasers must register their wheels with APEX prior to submitting a claim for refund or replacement. APEX reviews all submitted registration requests. Customers may be contacted with a request for additional details before a review can be completed. APEX will make an eligibility determination approximately five business days after receiving a completed submission, which may be extended depending on the time a purchaser takes to respond to requests for further information. If a claim has been disapproved, customers will be notified after their review is complete. A disapproved claim is not eligible to participate in this program.
For orders placed on July 15, 2019 or later
Customers who meet all eligibility requirements and who placed their orders directly through APEX are automatically registered for this program, no further action is required. Customers who purchased through an authorized APEX dealer must register their wheels with APEX prior to purchasing any replacement unit(s). Online registration will require the uploading of an invoice copy as proof of purchase along with other order details. Registration cannot be submitted by phone or email.
For orders placed before July 15, 2019
If the invoice date is still within the two-year eligibility window, then the wheels are eligible for this program, subject to the following. Sets purchased directly through APEX are automatically registered, but a one-time fee will be required at the time of submitting a claim. Sets purchased through an authorized APEX dealer will be required to complete registration and pay the one-time fee while submitting their first claim. Proof of purchase will be required during online registration. The fee is calculated by multiplying the number of wheels on the original order by $10. This fee is due in full at the time the customer pays for their first wheel replacement even if the customer received discounted replacements through the unofficial program previously without paying a fee.
All replacement requests must be submitted online through the APEX replacement registration and request forms available here, and required fields must be completed. Registration is required prior to submitting a request. APEX staff reviews all requests prior to approval and fulfillment. APEX may require five business days to complete the review.
The discount on replacement wheels is calculated as 50% off the current manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of the wheel. The discount cannot be applied to promotional or clearance pricing. Replacement units cannot be purchased through a dealer or group buy, by phone or email, or anywhere other than the official online replacement wheel request form. The 50% discount is not applied at the time of purchasing a replacement wheel. The discount is provided as a credit and/or partial refund on the order after the customer has returned the original wheel to APEX in exchange and approved. Credit refunds are sent to the same account and payment method used for the replacement purchase. Credits will not be paid out by check, by cash, or to any other account or name.
Improper returns or returns without proper documentation or RMA number cannot be accepted or processed. The cost of return shipping for any unaccepted returns is the responsibility of the customer. An example of an improper return is a wheel that is different from what was originally purchased.
If a replacement request is for a wheel specification that is backordered, then the request will be set to “backorder” status as long as the request can be fulfilled within 120 business days. If a wheel is backordered, then the 45-day RMA period does not begin until the wheel ships. If the backorder cannot be fulfilled within 120 business days, or the specification is discontinued, then the wheel is not eligible for this program.
Shipping of the new replacement wheel is paid for by the customer during checkout. The customer is responsible for the return shipping on their original exchange wheel. Customers can return the exchange wheel to APEX by the carrier of their choice as long as all other requirements and directions are met, such as the inclusion of a clear RMA number on the packaging. As an added convenience, APEX offers discounted UPS return shipping labels for sale to customers submitting a replacement request. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and brokerage fees for their new replacement wheels.DISCLAIMER

NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE GRANTED OR SHOULD BE CONSTRUED FROM THESE TERMS OR THE OFFERING OF THE PROGRAM. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED OR NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW.
APEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY BREACH OF ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM. APEX’S LIABILITY AND THE PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS LIMITED TO A REFUND FOR THE AMOUNT PAID TO PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT WHEEL THROUGH THIS PROGRAM.
